After someone submits a form, tell them what to expect. If you need room for download instructions, a booking link or follow-up details, send them to a separate thank-you page.
Let the next step use the full window
EmbeddedWP’s parent redirect feature can move the surrounding browser page to your chosen thank-you URL after success. That destination can be a static page designed to match the campaign.
Make the page useful
Confirm what the visitor requested, explain the expected follow-up and show a sensible next action. For an info pack, remind them which email address to look for and where to check if the message is missing. Avoid promising an immediate download if the workflow sends it by email.
Treat tracking as a separate setup task
A thank-you URL can be useful in a conversion-measurement workflow, but visiting the URL alone does not prove that an email arrived or a CRM record was created. Configure consent and tracking according to your own requirements, and test the full journey.
Test success and failure
Only a successful submission should trigger the redirect. Required-field errors, anti-spam rejection and server failures should leave a useful error state rather than sending visitors to a success page.
